Dearborn (stan) Michigan Cancels The mooslim Hate Festival Because They Hate Christians That Attend and Exercise Their Free Speech Rights.
DEARBORNISTAN: Muslims cancel annual Arab Festival because of lawsuits by Christians and Jews who have been attacked there
The city and organizers were facing increased insurance and liability costs because of the lawsuits filed and won by Christians who have repeatedly been subjected to taunts and physical assaults outside the festival in the past.
Detroit Free Press (h/t Rob E) The decision to cancel the festival comes after four years of tensions at the event between some Christian missionaries and local Muslims. Their encounters resulted in heated arguments, scuffles, some bottle-throwing and several lawsuits.
Last year, one group of Christian missionaries brought a pig’s head and signs insulting Islam’s prophet, which drew a strong reaction from some children. Earlier this month, the City of Dearborn apologized and paid an undisclosed amount of money to a group of Christian missionaries arrested in 2010 at the festival for disturbing the peace. They were later acquitted.
Local Arab Americans were upset over the cancellation of the festival because the original intent of it was to highlight Arab-American businesses, which helped turn east Dearborn from a ghost town into a thriving commercial destination, said local leaders, (where non-Muslims increasingly dare not go)
“It’s unfortunate there are groups who are seeking to create problems and incite people in a community where people are trying to build bridges of diversity,” (by barring Christians?) said Suehaila Amen, 34, of Dearborn. “This festival was about creating a Muslim family atmosphere during Father’s Day weekend. And yet, there are those who do not wish to see people enjoy their life.”
Dearborn resident Majed Moughni also said he was disappointed in the cancellation, but added that he understands the decision, given the high insurance and logistical costs for what became an increasingly tense event. “It’s not worth the cost,” he said.
In an attempt to create a more peaceful atmosphere, O’Reilly moved the location of the festival to Ford Woods Park. His plan would have allowed the festival to be in an enclosed area and would have required an admission fee.
But Baydoun said: “With the move to a new location, Ford Woods Park, we needed more time to ensure we provide a quality event that the community has come to expect from us.” There was concern that this year’s festival could become even more tense.
Quran-burning Pastor Terry Jones said he was planning to attend the first day along with the California man who brought the pig’s head last year. In 2011, Jones attempted to attend the festival, but was met by angry protesters who tried to block him as he walked. Police then asked him to not attend.
The decision to cancel the festival illustrates some tensions between its Arab-American organizers and Dearborn officials. O’Reilly has been pushing to move the festival for three years, but the Chamber of Commerce resisted because the purpose of the festival was to promote Arab-American businesses along Warren.
Earlier this year, the city indicated it would not be giving permits for the Warren Avenue location and asked the chamber to consider having the festival in the park. Now, “it’s gotten to the point where people don’t even want to take their children to the festival because they don’t want them to be exposed to these bigoted messages and hateful speech,” Amen said.
Some conservatives say the incidents at the festival happened because the city is under the influence of Shari’a, Islamic law, a claim O’Reilly has repeatedly dismissed as absurd.
Robert Muise, an Ann Arbor attorney who represents the California-based Bible Believers — the Christian group that brought a pig’s head and anti-Islam signs last year to the festival — said the cancellation of the festival was “disappointing.” “However,” he added, “had the Christians’ rights been protected from the beginning, I doubt we would be at this point.”

2. The Street preachers attended the festival last year and the police knew Ruben Israel and worked together in the past.
3. Wayne County Sheriff’s Chose not to provide Mr. Israel with two officers to provide security as the crowds became agitated.
4. Putting all these fact together one would conclude this was a Wayne County Sheriffs riot because Deputy Chiefs Jaafar and Richardson could have easily managed the situation and willfully abdicated their responsibility as public servants.
5. The street preachers never retaliated or said a negative word in anger to the Muslim rioters or law enforcement despite personal injury, cuts, bruises, spit, physical, and verbal abuse.

On “Hannity” Wednesday night, Steve Emerson broke the shocking news that a Saudi national, Abdul al-Harbi, who was first questioned in the Boston bombing, is going to be deported on“national security grounds.” A devout Muslim from Medina, anti-Jihad activist and blogger Walid Shoebat reports that he is a scion of a very powerful Saudi family with terrorist ties.
When al-Harbi was first questioned over his possible involvement in the Boston Marathon bombings, it raised the possibility of jihad in Boston. But then, law enforcement started a succession of extraordinary and inexplicable actions.
The first red flag for me, as events were unfolding, was when Catherine Herridge of Fox News casually mentioned that al-Harbi appeared to be connected to a powerful Saudi family. When I heard that, I became very concerned. And with good reason. I said at my website AtlasShrugs.com early Wednesday, I approximated that he had been investigated for no longer than 15 hours. To investigate all of Abdul al-Harbi’s relatives, friends, acquaintances, and business and school friends in that time would be impossible. Yet, he was deemed merely a “witness,” fresh off the heels of a raid on his apartment that resulted in several bags of evidence removed from of his home.
How could law enforcement possibly go through all of that evidence, hard drives, connections, and family and business and school friends, particularly when Walid Shoebat meticulously documented the scores of terrorists likely in his clan?
Shoebat wrote Wednesday: “Perhaps a quick look at the Arabic sources should raise the eyebrows of every American relative to the extent of the problem at hand. Many from Al-Harbi’s clan are steeped in terrorism and are members of Al-Qaeda. Out of a list of 85 terrorists listed by the Saudi government shows several of Al-Harbi clan to have been active fighters in Al-Qaeda.” Remember: directions for how to make a bomb out of a pressure cooker were in a recent issue of al-Qaeda’s glossy Inspire magazine.
Secretary of State John Kerry’s meeting with the Saudi Foreign Minister, Saud Al-Faisal, was abruptly closed to the press on the same day that Abdul al-Harbi was being questioned. There is no doubt in my mind that this was discussed. And according to Reuters, “Barack Obama met with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal at the White House on Wednesday and discussed the conflict in Syria, a spokeswoman said.”
I believe the “conflict in Syria” was a pretext for the al-Harbi deal.
And then Wednesday’s embarrassing display of rolling incompetence extended to badly mangled leaks, cancellations of press conferences, misidentified suspects, the promise of an imminent arrest, walking back of the arrest announcement, and more.
Very suspicious.
We have seen the extraordinary lengths that the U.S. Government goes to, sacrificing our own people and our own national security concerns, to placate this Islamic supremacist regime that promotes jihad around the world. The bin Laden family was flown out of the country in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, although it could be argued that they weren’t culpable in any way. A Miami Herald exposé Wednesday shows how we kowtow to the Saudis. And the Saudis are not our friends.

Won’t it be wonderful if the Boston Marathon bomber turns out to be not a Muslim with a Middle Eastern background, as is highly probable, or a leftist like Obama’s mentor Bill Ayers, but a white guy who doesn’t like Big Government, like the exception who proves the rule Timothy McVeigh. Maybe if I type slowly enough, even David Sirota will be able to follow. Islam is a systemic threat, as it has been for centuries. 9/11 was not an isolated incident committed by lone wolves. Since 9/11, there have been over 20,000 documented Islamic terror attacks around the world.
If there is one rule that has no exceptions, it is that anyone who uses the phrase white privilege with a straight face is a malignant and contemptible fool.
“White privilege is knowing that even if the bomber turns out to be white, no one will call for your group to be profiled as terrorists as a result, subjected to special screening or threatened with deportation,” writes author Tim Wise.
No one except the media and the Department of Homeland Security, that is.
Sirota’s repugnant blathering continues:
…regardless of your particular party affiliation, if you care about everything from stopping war to reducing the defense budget to protecting civil liberties to passing immigration reform, you should hope the bomber was a white domestic terrorist. Why? Because only in that case will privilege work to prevent the Boston attack from potentially undermining progress on those other issues.
Progress means facilitating further terror attacks by leaving the border undefended, weakening the military, letting ever more Muslims into the country as welfare colonists, deflecting attempts to defend against terrorism by screeching about racism and “white privilege,” et cetera.
Islamic terrorism is only an opportunistic infection. The underlying disease that makes us weak and therefore a suitable target is the ideology of self-hating liberals like Sirota.

This isn’t journalism. This is speculation. It’s hackneyed. It’s malicious, unprofessional, and dangerous. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by the above should be enough to shame them forever from the profession, but the profession now thrives on tabloid-level “reporting.”
After a tragedy the normal person responds by falling to their knees in prayer. The compassionate person responds with concern for the affected. The professional reports the facts and differentiates between speculation and confirmation.
It is the desperate and professionally and spiritually anemic who heartlessly view tragedy as a chance to settle some imaginary score. These individuals are baselessly impugning innocent groups and in doing so, inadvertently impugn themselves and their profession.

The surprise decision by euro zone leaders to part-fund a bailout of Cyprus by taxing bank deposits sent shockwaves through financial markets on Monday, with shares and the bonds of struggling euro zone governments tumbling.
The bloc struck a deal on Saturday to hand Cyprus rescue loans worth 10 billion euros ($13 billion), but defied warnings – including from the European Central Bank – and imposed a levy that would see those with cash in the island’s banks lose between 6.75 and 9.9 percent of their money.
It is no longer safe to keep money in the bank, because profligate bureaucrats will find it there and confiscate it.
The purpose of this outrage was to prevent Cyprus from going into default.
That would have undermined the promise that Greece’s debt writedown last year was a one-off, but the unprecedented move to hit depositors adds a radical new dimension to the crisis across the euro zone.
The initial response of investors was unambiguous. Shares lurched lower, the euro fell to a new three-month low, while safe-haven assets such as gold and German government bonds jumped.
The cost of insuring the debt of even high-quality European banks against default also rose sharply with analysts citing fears the decision could spark contagion across peripheral regions with the potential for widespread outflows of deposits.
Anyone with money in a Spanish or Italian bank might consider keeping it instead under the mattress where it will be relatively safe.

As Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) entered the eighth hour of his filibuster of Obama CIA nominee John Brennan on Wednesday, he pleaded for an assurance from the White House that the Obama administration would not kill Americans on U.S. soil.
“I have a message here from, not from the White House, a message saying the White House hasn’t returned our phone calls,” he said holding up a piece of paper shortly before 8 p.m. “If anybody knows anybody at the White House and wants to call them, we are looking for an answer from the White House.”
Since the filibuster began, White House officials have twice responded to messages from POLITICO seeking comment: They have nothing to say.
Paul joked “Maybe they’re going to call me when the sequester’s over,” then added, “I really think that one of the courtesies that they ought to think about is, particularly if what they’re hearing is something that they don’t object to, why not end the debate by going ahead and letting us know?
“You’d think that would be a pretty easy answer for them.”

Without provocation, the police demanded to know what he had in his hand and was led back into the bedroom, where the police identified the gun case, confiscated it and searched his apartment for other weapons, confiscating them all and charging him with possession of illegal firearms and magazines.
In a Constitutional nation this would not be possible. The entrance of Keith’s apartment was through no legal action by the police. If the tenant had an issue there are legal means of working those issues out without contacting the police. Even so, the entrance of the police into Keith’s apartment was unassociated with Keith. Their demand to know what Keith had in his hand was an illegal demand since Keith was not a suspect, nor did the police have any reason to believe that Keith had or was about to commit a crime.
The problem with this nation is that violations of rights are not crimes in themselves. Passing an illegal law is not a crime in itself. Violations of oaths are not crimes in themselves. These actions result in the illegal imprisonment of millions of citizens across the nation. Keith Pantaleon is but one.
But, what price tyranny? Who pays for these actions of government officials? The police do not pay a penalty for having violated the rights of citizens. Politicians do not pay for their transgressions against the Constitution. Without penalty, there is no law, there is no rectification. The system ceases to function as intended.
Until there are consequences for these actions there will never be a Restoration.

They’ll no longer come right away to reports of things like criminal damage to property, vehicle thefts, garage burglaries, or other crimes in which the suspect is no longer on the scene, and the victim isn’t in immediate danger.
Liberals take away your money and use it to breed a massive underclass of violent savages. Then they take away your God-given right to self-defense and leave you at the mercy of the jungle they created.

Obamerica Does Not Have To Worry About Its Guns…
The Guns of Obamerica
You won’t find them in America. Look for them in Obamerica.
67% of firearm murders took place in the country’s 50 largest metro areas. The 62 cities in those metro areas have a firearm murder rate of 9.7, more than twice the national average. Among teenagers the firearm murder rate is 14.6 or almost three times the national average. Those numbers are from six years ago. They have grown worse since.
Those are the crowded cities of Obamerica. The places with the most restrictive gun control laws and the highest crime rates. These are the places where the family is broken, money comes from the government and immigrants crowd in from some of the most violent parts of the world bringing with them their own organized crime. These are also the places that have run by Democrats and their political machines for almost as long as they have been broken.
Obama won every major city in the election, except for Jacksonville and Salt Lake City. And the higher the death rate, the bigger his victory. He won New Orleans by 80 to 17 where the murder rate is ten times higher than the national average. He won Detroit, where the murder rate of 53 per 100,000 people is the second highest in the country and twice as high as any country in the world, including the Congo and South Africa. He won it 73 to 26. And then he celebrated his victory in Chicago where the murder rate is three times the statewide average.
These places aren’t America. They’re Obamerica.
In 2006, the 54% of the population living in those 50 metro areas was responsible for 67% of armed killings nationwide. Those are disproportionate numbers especially when you consider that for the people living in most of those cities walking into a store and legally buying a gun is all but impossible.
Mayors of Obamerican cities blame guns because it’s easier than blaming people and now the President of Obamerica has turned to the same shameless tactic. The NRA counters that people kill people, but that’s exactly why Obamerican leaders would rather talk about the guns.
Chicago, the capital of Obamerica, is a city run by gangs and politicians. It has 68,000 gang members, four times the number of police officers. Chicago politicians solicit the support of gang members in their campaigns, accepting laundered contributions from them, hiring their members and tipping them off about upcoming police raids. And their biggest favor to the gang bosses is doing nothing about the epidemic of gang violence.
80% of Chicago’s murders are gang-related. But in 1999 when a bill came up in the Illinois State Senate to try anyone carrying out a firearm attack on school property as an adult, a law that would have affected gang members who often bring weapons to school, the future leader of Obamerica voted present. Had he not voted present, it is doubtful that he would have been reelected in an area where gang leaders wield a great deal of influence.
The majority of murders in the cities with the worst homicide rates are gang-related. And while it isn’t always possible to be certain whether a killing was gang-related, the majority of homicide victims in city after city have been found to have criminal records.
In 2010, there were 11,078 firearm homicides in the United States and over 2,000 known gang-related killings, over 90% of which are carried out with firearms. Since 1981, Los Angeles alone has had 16,000 gang related homicides. That’s more than twice the number of Americans killed in Iraq and Afghanistan and it’s more than the number of Americans who died in the Mexican-American War.
This is what Obamerica looks like. It’s a place where life is cheap and illegal guns are as available as illegal drugs. It’s a series of war zones whose problem is not the supply of guns, but their own social dysfunction. It’s the war that we aren’t talking about, because it’s easier to talk about the inanimate objects being used to fight that war.
Reformers in the twenties blamed the plight of the slums on the availability of liquor. They rammed through Prohibition for the entire country to fix the cities. The liquor went on flowing and the slums went on being slums. Gun control has been just as successful in healing the slums as whiskey control was. And like the dry reformers, gun control advocates insist on trying to apply their solution on a national level, when the problem is not nationwide.
There are, as John Edwards said, two Americas. America is a country that runs pretty well on its own. Gun sales in America do not lead to bursts of homicide. If the power goes out for an hour, there is no epidemic of looting. The new year isn’t rung in at the morgue. Social dysfunction exists but it never affects the majority or even a sizable minority of the population.
And then there’s Obamerica. Not all of Obamerica is broken, but a lot of it is. Obamerica has a big gap between the rich and the poor. Its middle class is always on the run. Its upper class retreats to fortresses. Its lower class is broken and constantly growing as its political machines feed off human misery and exploit social dysfunction to gain votes.
America does not have a gun violence problem. Obamerica does. And Obamerica has a gun violence problem for the same reason that it has a drug problem and a broken family problem. These social ills cannot be solved by banning something. The War on Guns is not going to fix the inner city just as the War on Drugs didn’t. Rigid law enforcement can keep the numbers down, but does not deal with the causes of the violence.
Obamerica is a bad place. It has great restaurants and night clubs. It has a lot of noise and a lot of light. The next big thing in music will probably come out of there. It’s where your kids probably dream of moving to when they’re teenagers. But for all that it’s fundamentally broken.
Democratic leaders and machines, combined with liberal social workers and justice crusaders have run Obamerica into the ground. Obamerican cities used to be the homes of industry and progress. Now they’re places where young Black and Hispanic men kill each other in growing numbers.
In America, guns are used for target practice and for hunting, and on rare occasions for self-defense, but in Obamerica guns have only one purpose, as so many liberals have pointed out, like so many of the young men who walk the streets of Obamerica, they exist only to kill. The guns get blamed and the killers rotate through the revolving doors of an overburdened justice system. And then the politicians who sit around the table with gang leaders announce that they have a new initiative to get guns off the streets.
America does not need gun control. It is a mostly law-abiding place. And gun control cannot help Obamerica. Not when its murder rate is driven by gangs who have no trouble obtaining anything; whether it’s legal in the United States or not.
What can help is talking about Obamerica. AIDS prevention was sabotaged by the claim that the disease was a general problem spreading through the population. It wasn’t. Neither is gun violence. Despite the occasional exception created by high profile suburban shooting sprees, this is not an American problem. It’s an Obamerican problem.
Adam Lanza is as much of a plausible poster boy for gun violence, as Ryan White was for AIDS. A better poster boy for gun violence might be Jay-Z, who boasts of having been a drug dealer and claims to have shot his brother at the age of 12. The drug dealer to millionaire rapper is the Horatio Alger story of Obamerica. And Jay-Z can be seen partying with Obama, the political king of Obamerica touching base with its cultural king.
If Obama really wants to get serious about gun violence, then all he has to do is turn to the man standing next to him. But Obama, like every Chicago politician before him, don’t want to end the violence. The death toll is profitable, not just for rappers writing bad poetry about dealing drugs and shooting rivals, but for the politicians atop that heap who score money and gain power by using the problems of Obamerica as some sort of call to conscience for the rest of the country.
That’s what Obama is doing now. Hiding behind Newtown and adorable little kids is the grim specter of Obamerica’s death toll. It’s buried inside the gruesome figures of how many Americans are shot each year issued as an indictment against the entire country in general and gun owners in particular. But those numbers are not an indictment of America. They are an indictment of Democratic mayors and Liberal social policy. They are an indictment of Obamerica. They are an indictment of Obama.
This country does not need to have a conversation about how many bullets should go in a clip. It does need to have a conversation about how many parents should go in a family. It needs to talk about the ghettos of Obamerica and have a serious conversation about broken families and generational dependency. It needs to have a conversation about funneling new immigrants from broken parts of the world into areas already suffering from high levels of unemployment and street violence.
Most of all this country needs to have a conversation about the direction it’s headed in. We need to set aside the same old tired social justice rhetoric that has done nothing except train .001 percent of the young men and women of Obamerica to be community organizers and race card wielders and have a serious conversation about what is wrong with New Orleans, Detroit and Chicago.
Obama has become a role model to millions of people in the Black community. You can see posters and photos of him in every barbershop. If anyone can address these problems, it’s him. But instead of trying to solve the problems of Obamerica, instead of doing something about the high levels of unemployment, the broken families and the glamorization of drug dealing and violent crime, he wimped out and picked a fight with the rural Americans that he derided as gun-clingers.
In the same hollow tradition of macho posturing common among the men responsible for much of the violence in Obamerica, he chose to show his power in a fight for dominance with a perceived rival, rather than give back to his community. Rather than looking to the hearts and minds of his followers, he went after the guns of those he sees as his enemies. That is what distinguishes a thug from a leader. Leaders uplift their people. Thugs use them up as cannon fodder in their own private power struggles.
The legacy of Martin Luther King reminds us that a leader speaks difficult truths even to his own people. There are such leaders in the Black community today. Obama is not one of them.
The guns of America, by and large, are not a threat to the innocent. The guns of Obamerica are. And the conversation that we need to have is about what can be done, not about the guns of Obamerica, but about its hearts and minds.

…In two years, the evil ruthless dictators who kill and torture their own people have been replaced by ruthless democratically elected dictators who kill and torture their own people. In Egypt and Tunisia things are worse now than they were under the “dictators” and unsurprisingly the one thing that they can all agree on is that it’s America’s fault.
The press can’t be expected to pay much attention to these events. The media will provide the obligatory coverage of Muslim Brotherhood torture chambers in Egypt and the labor riots in Tunisia. But it would really like to spend its time lamenting Israel’s fall to the far right by covering the rise of a political party which holds the shocking and outrageous position that the twenty year old peace process has failed and should be wrapped up and put away.
It seemed like only a few weeks ago that the cognoscenti were enthusiastically predicting a new Middle East, sending reporters in droves to be kidnapped and molested at the celebrations of freedom and democracy. And now the new Middle East looks a lot like the old Middle East.
The West is trying to impose its moral norms on the Muslim world with bribes and interventions, while the Muslim world imposes its norms on the West by settling and blowing up Western cities.

Consider: The TSA was born in the panicked backwash of 9/11, which is understandable given the events of that day, when Muslim maniacs screaming allahu akbar murdered 3,000 Americans and others in the name of Islamic global jihad. But a decade after 9/11, due entirely to political correctness, it’s completely out of the question to profile Mohammed at the airport yet absolutely necessary for that bloated agency to “randomly” select your pre-teen or teenage daughter for a body search performed by a government matron in a TSA uniform. This frequently under-the-clothes and against-the-skin complete body search may done in full public view, or in a hidden back room, solely at the discretion of the TSA agents involved.
Meanwhile, Mom and Dad stand off to the side where they have been directed to wait, saying nothing, scarcely moving, avoiding random eye contact lest a TSA security agent catch a wayward smirk or utterance of protest. To pull out a cell phone camera at this time would surely invite arrest. To walk over and grab the matron by the arm is out of the question. Defending your child from the indignity would lead only to your being Tasered and handcuffed on the cold airport floor. After that, your entire family may wind up in some TSA airport detention cells, conveniently located right on your concourse and unknown to you until then. Better to stew in silence, let the incident pass, and try to forget it.
And now in the wake of yet another disgusting example of the worst human depravity, this time in an elementary school in New England, we are told by the government that some firearms are simply too dangerous for citizens to possess. We are told that limiting or removing these firearms from private hands will increase the general public safety. We are told that it is a small thing to give up semi-automatic rifles, which the political and cooperating media elites will dutifully call “assault weapons,” even though nobody can quite define the term. In any case, we are told, nobody needs an “assault weapon” with a thirty-round magazine.
Well, actually, almost nobody needs them.
Apparently, Mr. Security Agent and his comrades need them, lots of them. Tens of thousands of new “assault weapons,” enough to shoot all of the billions (with a “b”) of .223 and .40 caliber hollow-point bullets recently purchased by our federal law enforcement agencies in unprecedented new acquisitions. Are we suddenly expecting a foreign invasion I missed reading about? Wouldn’t that be the job of the military? Why do our federal law enforcement agencies suddenly need tens of thousands of “assault weapons” and billions of new hollow-point (not training) bullets, many times more than in previous years?
So at the historical moment that our nation is turning into a police state, with no expectation of privacy, even of our private parts in public airports or on public highways, we are commanded to grant even greater trust in our government’s perpetual future benevolence, to have blind faith that at no point in the future will our government turn tyrannical.
But in the year 2013, has the government already earned our trust, or our disgust, with its current abuses of its police powers? In this environment of steadily creeping tyranny, should we comply with government demands for our increasing disarmament?

Here we are at the mercy of a tyrannical government which has militarized our local police departments into standing armies amongst us. They are no longer our protectors, but the stick wielded by the tyrants in office. To what degree these forces refuse to follow orders and side with the people will be welcomed with a great sigh of relief, but being charged with protecting us against the abuses of government is no longer in their charter.
In any case our weapons of resistance to the injustices being inflicted upon us are now being sought by government officials of every station. They have compiled databases of our names and addresses through every means at their disposal. They understand the ways in which they might interdict efforts and intercept our communications. They know how to do what they want to do, they are just waiting to see which methods will be the most effective and least costly to them.
Your draft notice came with pronouncements of intent to disarm you by these legislators in open forums. They have declared their hostility to the one document that gives any of them an ounce of power or authority under our system: the Constitution of the United States of America. If you are a citizen thereof and seek the protections of the rights guaranteed within that document, you have been declared an enemy of the state.
Act like it.
There are only two roles to play: 1) one who gives aid and comfort to government corruption and abuse; or 2) one who gives aid and comfort to resistance to that corrupt and abusive government.
I don’t know how more clearly to define the role of a patriot here. Will you watch as TSA becomes the new Gestapo? Will you cower before the police forces who have become the new SS troops?
In America there are somewhere close to 60 million deer hunters with high-powered rifles and optics.
It is suggested that somewhere around 6 million people have concealed carry permits.
These are millions and millions of people who have some dog in this fight. Let them bark.
In days before I have suggested a congress gather and lay out our grievances against the open violation of the Constitution, the violation of almost every personal right from the right to speak and write and the free exercise of religion; to the right to keep and bear arms; to the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures; to the right against self incrimination; to the right to fair trials, where any absolving evidence might be used; to the rights we all have that are not declared in the Bill of Rights (Ninth Amendment); to the right of any state to claim and exercise laws not specifically given to the federal government (Tenth Amendment). Is there anyone who can claim realistically, through reason, not through judicial review, that each and every right has been violated by federal law on a routine basis?
Now, the government is testing the waters for a wholesale violation of the Second Amendment, the last and only check on their abuses. It has been sworn by organization after organization that they will stand up to such efforts with the solemnity of vows to us and I see nothing happening.
They have organized no protests. They have remained their cool and seem willing to debate the issue when an absolute line needed to be drawn past which the federal government would not be wise to cross. We act as if we have already lost this last and greatest battle against the tyrants in public office.
This is not about membership in Oathkeepers, or the NRA or Gun Owners of America. This is about the ability of the people to be secure in any of their rights. Once the Second Amendment is abused to the point of all the others, the game is lost. While you might not know what that means, let me explain it to you.
They will come for your weapons and will treat you like a criminal to get them. They will make you criminals to get them. A federal government so far in debt as this one is going to need to make some drastic changes to society and they know how to do it. Consider the fact that it is now illegal to hold religious views against abortion and refuse to pay for abortions. There is no consideration to the “free exercise thereof.”
The federal government cannot allow you to have weapons when they decide to do what I strongly believe they will do, which is to crash the dollar to pay the national debt. The agreements say that all of these debts must be repaid in U.S. Dollars, it doesn’t say that the dollar has to be worth anything. When they do that and chaos ensues, there cannot be all of these weapons in the hands of people who have suddenly watched everything they ever owned or work for become worthless.
These are the finals acts of despotism rising to the surface. You see them, don’t you? Or will you review the events of the past several months and shake your head at the many opportunities you had to stop it all, but were afraid to look like a nutcase? You can think back on all of that from your bunk in the work camp, separated from your wives and children who are in similar camps miles away.
The crime you will have committed that landed all of you there? You refused to turn over that rifle your grandfather gave you the day he took you deer hunting for the first time. So, you buried it and when they questioned your family, your child at school, they let it slip that you had buried one gun somewhere.
The trouble is, by not fighting for that one right, you lost all of them for yourself and your children forever.

In France, nothing says ‘Happy New Year’ like hundreds of cars burning. Burn out the old year; torch in the new. France celebrated the onset of 2013 in its uniquely pyromaniac fashion, with officials reporting that nearly 1,2001 cars were torched overnight from Dec. 31 to Jan. 1 — 209 of them in the Paris area alone.
Time World Those figures marked a 4% increase over the 1,147 autos set ablaze on the same night in 2009 — the last year for which French officials released figures on the nation’s peculiar New Year rite. This time the record for the greatest number of torchings is proudly claimed – surprise, surprise! – by the Paris suburb of Seine-Saint-Denis, which is by pure coincidence home to a large North African MUSLIM community.
The mere fact the government of Socialist President François Hollande resumed publication of the burnt-car toll also caused sparks to fly. As the debate raged over whether to publicize the nation’s flaming-auto fetish, some French observers sought explanations for the singularly antisocial custom of car toasting.
More amazing, still, is the fact that the New Year’s Eve auto roast is only part of the story. In announcing the New Year’s Eve tally on Jan. 2, Interior Minister Manuel Valls also revealed that figures provided by fire, police and insurance officials indicate that somewhere between 42,000 and 60,000 automobiles are intentionally torched in France every year.
The majority of those go up in smoke in or near the immigrant suburban housing projects located outside most French cities. Indeed, the rest of the world first took notice of France’s distinctive car-burning penchant during the three weeks of nationwide rioting in French housing projects in 2005, when 8,810 automobiles were incinerated by enraged Muslim youths. Yet, despite that riot-driven surge of car arson, year-end figures of around 43,000 for 2005 came in at around normal levels. Normal, that is, for flame-happy France.
The Trumpet Fireworks are the most traditional way to celebrate the New Year. But in certain French cities, immigrant youth burn cars. That’s right. The New Year’s Eve car burning has become so regular it is almost a tradition.
Naturally, the story has gathered a lot of media attention. But all the mainstream reports on the subject are strangely vague about one thing—who is doing the burning. Every student of journalism learns that his or her article should answer the “five Ws”: who, what, when, where and why (and sometimes “how”). Who is invariably listed first.
Why have so many journalists suddenly forgotten their basic training? Perhaps the French media are keeping quiet for fear that publishing the truth will pour oil on the flames. Who are these rioting youths? The mainstream reports contain the hints necessary to put it all together.
Car burning “also became a voice of protest during the fiery unrest by despairing youths from housing projects that swept France in the fall of 2005,” continues AP. “At the time, police counted 8,810 vehicles burned in less than three weeks.
“Yet even then, cars were not burned in big cities like Paris, and that remained the case this New Year’s Eve. [Interior Minister Manuel] Valls said the Paris suburban region of Seine-Saint-Denis, where the 2005 unrest started, led the nation for torched cars, followed by two eastern regions around Strasbourg.”
Who rioted in 2005? At the time, the New York Times wrote that “a majority of the youths committing the acts are Muslim, and of African or North African origin.” Seine-Saint-Denis is heavily Muslim.

Even the Iranian state-owned Press TV notes the connection between car burning and Muslim districts. “While not a single car was burned in Paris, its suburban region of Seine Saint Denis led the nation in torchings,” it wrote. “Heavily Muslim and just as heavily dependent on welfare, the area has 75 percent of the population of Paris, but Paris is protected by five times as many police officers.”
Whether you believe that Muslims are rioting or that French police refuse to protect France’s poor Muslim districts (à la Press TV), it’s clear France has a problem with Islam. And that’s becoming obvious to the French too. They can hardly escape it after last year’s shocking attacks on Jews.

This week, the Gatestone Institute, a U.S.-based think tank, published a comprehensive report titled “The Islamization of France” detailing Islam’s confrontations with French society.
“In August, the French government announced a plan to boost policing in 15 of the most crime-ridden parts of France, in an effort to reassert state control over the country’s so-called ‘no go’ zones (Muslim-dominated neighborhoods that are largely off limits to non-Muslims),” it wrote. These zones “include heavily Muslim parts of Paris, Marseilles, Strasbourg, Lille and Amiens,” according to the report—in other words, the areas where people burn cars. Obviously the government’s plan hasn’t succeeded.
Hundreds of French patriots in Paris come out to protest against Islamization of their country, chanting the French anthem and saying that Islam has no place in the country.
But the Gatestone Institute’s report notes that French attitudes to Islam are changing. “Opinion surveys show that to voters in France … Islam and the question of Muslim immigration have emerged in 2012 as a top-ranked public concern,” it writes. “The French, it seems, are increasingly worried about the establishment of a parallel Muslim society there.” The government’s efforts, however, “were halting and half-hearted,” the report said.
A survey published in October last year found that 60 percent believe Islam has become “too visible and influential.” Forty-three percent said the presence of Muslim immigrants is a threat to French national identity, compared to 17 percent who said it enriches society. Sixty-three percent oppose Muslim women wearing veils or Islamic headscarves in public. Only 18 percent support the building of new mosques.

“Our poll shows a further hardening in French people’s opinions,” said the head of the French Institute of Public Opinion’s polling department, Jerome Fourquet. “In recent years, there has not been a week when Islam has not been in the heart of the news for social reasons: the veil, halal food, dramatic news like terrorist attacks or geopolitical reasons.”
The most headline-grabbing resistance to radical Islam came from the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo. Islamists firebombed its offices in November 2011 after it published cartoons of Mohammed. Its response? This week it published Mohammed’s biography in cartoon form.
Anti-Muslim immigration party Front National is quickly rising in popularity
Nearly a thousand years ago, France was at the heart of the clash between Islam and Europe’s Christian civilization. Now, as home to the EU’s largest Muslim population, it is at the heart of that clash once again. The politics haven’t changed to reflect this. But the people have.
Islam vs Europe One of the best indicators of the sheer malignancy of the Muslim mindset is the way jihad attacks are stepped up on days that are special or sacred to the Muslims’ victims. Christmas, for example, now brings a flurry of jihad attacks each year, no longer just in the Middle East but around Europe and elsewhere too. As well as the high profile terrorist incidents, the Muslims find ways of expressing their contempt for the infidel through many smaller-scale church burnings and desecrations that rarely make national headlines.
In France, Bastille Day, has become another such occasion. What, for the French people, is a day of celebration, one in which they express their sense of national togetherness, is, for the Muslim invaders currently colonising their country, a day of rage, an opportunity for them to express their malignant contempt for the French people.
The night before Bastille Day has now become a time of ritualised violence in France. Every year, Muslims set fire to cars and engage in pitched battles with the French police. Look at the video above. It’s like something out of Beirut or Gaza.
Muslims are now apparently competing with one another to see who can destroy France the fastest. According to a police trade union spokesman, two adjacent “problem” housing estates, Bois Labbé and des Mordacs, are engaged in a “ferocious competition” with one another.

Revolution and Rebellion Explained by T.L. Davis. The Government Has Rebelled Against The Constitution.
Acts of Rebellion
In order to brand any of us as revolutionaries, they must first admit that they have abandoned the Constitution. To do that would be to de-legitimize their own offices. They can’t do it.
So, they try to squeak out a little latitude by calling us domestic insurgents, or domestic terrorists without defining what is that we are against, which would be tyranny. Are they in favor of it? We are against oppression. Are they in favor of it?
We are for the Constitution and for respecting the rights recognized by it. We can’t be against the government if we are in favor of its charter. We can be against the government where it has distanced itself from its charter.
What ground have they chosen by making us their enemy? They have chosen the ground of a government estranged from its charter; disrespecting of the rights of the citizenry. They have chosen the ground of the Temple, Texas police department willing to arrest a veteran at the whim of mob rule.
The battle lines are drawn. We have to encourage them to correct their ways; to honor the Constitution. Their distance from legal action has caused the backlash they detest. They don’t want to hear from the Tea Party, the Patriot/Liberty Movement or the militias, because we remind them that they are acting illegally; that their actions are illegitimate.
All of this has been written before, but today it is with a different heart.
Their revolution has taken place over the past one hundred and fifty years. Slowly they have crept in inch by coercive inch: taking a little bit of liberty here, adding a little bit of socialism there. Insinuating the state into our lives a morsel at a time. “It is for the best” they say as they do a little more evil.
The true nature of the republican state is to find a balance of liberty that provides the greatest liberty to all. This simple principle has been abused to mean all liberty is at the mercy of the comfort of the most. Those are two completely different principles.
Once the concept of “societal good” is enforced by the power of the state, there is no individual liberty that can tip that scale. It is only by holding individual liberty above the “societal good” that republicanism can exist.
We see this clearly in the Second Amendment issues. My right to protect myself with firearms is above anyone else’s right to feel safe. Some people might not feel safe if they see me walking down the street with my pistol on my hip, but they are not in danger. I am not responsible for their mental state. If I wave that weapon around and threaten them with it, I have stepped over the line marking my right to protection and their right to free movement. I have hindered their right and my right to a weapon might be restricted by my actions, but not by their pathological fear of a weapon.
My cause is to the recognition of my rights as given to me by God and affirmed in the Constitution.
I have the right to free speech. I have the right to firearms. I have the right to due process of law. I have the right to religious expression. I have the right to my papers and effects. Without warrant or probable cause of a crime being committed or about to be committed, the government has no right to infringe these rights.
I also have the right to every other thing that does not infringe another person’s freedom or exercise of their rights.
As such, I am within the Constitutional framework this nation was founded on and legally bound to protect.
If the government exceeds its authority and seeks to limit any or all of these rights, I have the legal right to seek redress and force it, one way or the other, to obey the Constitution and limit itself to the legal authority that it was issued under the Constitution. Where the government has become an entity of itself, drawing its authority from its own force of arms, it is a rogue government and deserving of disobedience and aggression.
It is not the United States of America as formed and given authority under the Constitution that has become hostile toward my liberty, but the government acting illegally and outside its charter abusing its citizens and authority that has caused my acts of rebellion.
